With 10+ years’ experience in Canadian and United States Human Resources and Project Management, Jason is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in Canadian employment legislation, workplace conflict resolution, and the design of compliant Human Resources and Onboarding programs.
Jason specializes as a subject matter expert for Canadian and US Operations at People2.0 and works closely with our Sales and Implementations teams to ensure a seamless and compliant experience across North America for our Talent Suppliers and MSP Partners. With a proven track record of navigating complex regulatory frameworks, Jason ensures that organizational practices align with legal requirements while fostering a positive and supportive employee experience, earning internal recognition with a nomination for the 2024 Get Stuff Done Award. His experience includes progressive leadership roles in Human Resources and Project Management in Staffing, Hospitality and Federally regulated industries. He is also a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association.
