She brings 14+ years of staffing industry experience to her role, including 11 years at The Adecco Group. With an MBA from the University of North Florida and a Leadership Development certification from IMD, Maggi blends business expertise with a deep love for software development. Inspired by the art of engineering and the transformation of user stories into real-world solutions, she champions curiosity and innovation. Her mission is to empower teams across People2.0 to challenge the status quo and boldly pursue ideas that drive meaningful change.
