I spent much of my career in the same high-stakes environments my clients now work in. I graduated from Stanford Law School, practiced as a litigator at a top law firm, and served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon. I understand the unique challenges of making constant, high-stakes decisions in fast-paced environments—and the toll those demands can take. When imposter syndrome, conflict avoidance, or chronic people-pleasing are layered onto an already demanding role, burnout can quickly follow.
My work with executives focuses on the internal barriers that can prevent them from becoming the leaders they are capable of being. With a master’s degree in psychotherapy, I bring a psychologically informed approach to coaching that goes beyond surface-level strategies to explore the roots of self-doubt, lack of clarity, and patterns that may no longer serve a leader.
Strategies and tools have an important place in coaching, but lasting change often comes from understanding what drives our reactions in the first place. By identifying the internal patterns that keep leaders stuck in a reactive state, we can create greater capacity to respond thoughtfully, navigate complexity, and solve problems independently. Coaching is not therapy, but psychologically informed coaching can facilitate meaningful internal shifts that extend well beyond the immediate challenge at hand.
I have worked with Directors, VPs, and SVPs at the world’s leading technology companies, as well as C-suite executives at leading technology startups from founding through IPO or acquisition. I also frequently work with law firm partners at all stages of their partnership journey.
