I joined the business in 2019 where I started my journey here on the Customer Care Team, as a Customer Care Specialist. My role included the responsibility of onboarding contractors whilst building and maintaining client relationships. This is where I became highly focused on providing clients with the best service possible. Throughout my time onboarding contractors, I was able to gain first hand experience and understand exactly how the behind the scene process works. This has allowed me to thrive on providing and educating our clients on how People2.0 can best manage their Contractors and Payroll.
