With 10+ years of experience in marketing and brand development, Jess specializes in scaling marketing functions through periods of transformation and growth while driving both client acquisition and retention initiatives.

Since joining People2.0, Jess has unified the marketing function following multiple acquisitions, integrating teams, technology, and go-to-market strategies across diverse global markets. She oversees marketing and sales-support professionals while managing the company’s PR strategy, CRM optimization efforts, and global website infrastructure to drive measurable results.

Jess’s expertise spans global brand strategy, marketing operations, CRM migrations, and digital experience management. She has led high-impact initiatives including the implementation of enterprise-wide tools like HubSpot and a global intranet, earning internal recognition with the 2022 Get Stuff Done Award. Her experience includes progressive marketing leadership roles in staffing, HR, and professional education industries.

What's the best piece of career advice you've ever received, and who gave it to you?

My grandfather had a really successful business career, and he constantly repeated two things: always be kind and take care of your team and fellow colleagues, and to remember that you can always learn something from everyone, whether a fresh-out-of-college intern or a senior executive–you just need to be open minded and listen.

If you could master any skill instantly, what would it be?

I guess this is more of a talent than a skill, but I’d love to be able to sing.
