People2.0, the data controller, use Microsoft Teams to hold this online webinar. Microsoft Teams is a service of Microsoft Corporation, situated in One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA.
What Data is collected and Processed:
When you use Microsoft Teams in communicating with us, the following personal data will be collected directly from you and processed at the time of registration for the webinar and while attending the online webinar:
Note that Automated decision-making or profiling is not used.
You may be able to use the chat function in the online webinar. To this extent, the text entries you make are processed to display them in the “online meeting”. To enable the display of video and the playback of audio, the data from the microphone of your terminal device and from any video camera of the terminal device will be processed for the duration of the meeting. You can switch off or mute the camera or microphone yourself at any time during the online webinar.
A recording of the webinar is going to take place on the day you are in attendance.
Please ensure you are aware that anything else that may be in the background can be recorded. You can, on Microsoft Teams put up a background to stop any additional pictures of your home being recorded.
The Microsoft Teams recordings will be made available to individuals that work for People2.0 legal entities located in different countries of the world and to all the participants of the webinar. Also, note that Microsoft may process personal data as a data controller in connection with what Microsoft considers its own legitimate business operations.
The recording will be kept for as long as it is deemed up to date and useful for the service. It will be appropriately and securely deleted when no longer required.
You have the choice to attend the online webinar or not. If you attend, you are consenting to having your video image/voice recorded. If you have on your camera during the online webinar event or ask a verbal question. It is possible the recording will also pick up you’re writing in the chat part of Microsoft Teams. We need to be clear that you are fully aware of this when you agree to attend and take part in the online webinar recorded session.
