Severance is due in case of termination of an indefinite-term contract (exceeding 1 year) without just cause or early termination of fixed-term contracts by the Employer and is equivalent to 30 days of the last monthly remuneration for each year of service or the prorated amount over 6 months, capped at 330 days of remuneration or 11 years.
