Bio

Brent McInnis is a seasoned recruitment and staffing professional with eight years of experience at MaxSys Staffing and Consulting, where he worked as a Business Development Manager supporting clients across diverse industries. In September 2025, Brent joined People 2.0, bringing his expertise in workforce solutions, client engagement, and strategic talent acquisition to a global employer-of-record and agent-of-record leader.
He holds a degree from the University of Ottawa and an Integrated Marketing diploma from Algonquin College, giving him a strong foundation in communication, strategy, and relationship management. Brent lives in Ottawa, Canada with his wife and daughter.

1)I come from a long line of politicians in Canada. This includes an attorney general of Nova Scotia, an appointed Senator and many campaign managers.

2) I have been to over 200 concerts in my life.

3) I originally started in Advertising and have worked on campaigns for McDonalds, Adidas and Coke.

Mexican!
