Nadja Escolar is an executive coach and former Amazon business leader who helps senior leaders scale their impact and influence — lowering the personal cost of performance.
Before becoming a coach, Nadja spent more than 20 years in senior leadership roles across Procter & Gamble and Amazon, where she served as a Director and General Manager for U.S. Private Brands. She later became Chief Revenue Officer at The Bouqs Co. During her tenure as a business leader, Nadja built and scaled businesses, led large and diverse teams with full P&L oversight, and navigated significant complexity and change. She understands firsthand what it takes — and what it costs — to perform and grow in demanding and unrelenting environments.
Today, Nadja works primarily with Amazon Directors and VPs across the following areas:
- Scaling business and organizational impact sustainably, without burnout or chronic overextension.
- Building stronger leadership and team relationships, grounded in trust, clear tenets and effective operating rhythms.
- Developing resilience and change literacy, enabling leaders and their teams to adapt and perform amid continuous innovation and uncertainty.
- Increasing personal influence, strengthening executive presence and stakeholder trust.
- Accelerating readiness for promotion by developing new mechanisms, mindsets, and mental models to operate at scale.
- Aligning personal and professional values, building an intentional vision and career plan for the future.
Nadja’s coaching style is practical, research-backed and action-oriented. She believes the coaching space is most productive when there’s mutual trust and a good dose of humor. She combines deep coaching training with real operating experience, helping leaders translate insight into new behaviors and systems that hold up under pressure. Clients appreciate her ability to listen fully, challenge thoughtfully, and support meaningful change.
Nadja holds an Executive Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is certified in Team Coaching, Hogan Assessments, and the Leadership Circle Profile, among others. She has been coaching Amazon leaders for more than five years, helping them increase both their impact and their personal satisfaction. Nadja is originally from Venezuela and lives in Washington State with her family.
