I worked at Amazon from 2005 to 2025 and spent my last 12 years in executive development roles. During that time I worked directly with executives as they navigated some of the most pivotal transitions of their careers. I had the privilege of coaching Directors and VPs through moments when the stakes were highest—stepping into larger scope, leading businesses through hypergrowth, driving cultural transformation, expanding globally, and preparing successors for senior roles. My work was to help them scale themselves as quickly as their businesses were scaling, and to lead with clarity, resilience, and purpose amid relentless change.
That experience now anchors my external practice as an executive coach. I understand what it means to lead at the inflection points—the moments when a leader’s success determines not only their own trajectory but the future of their teams and organizations. My coaching focuses on guiding executives through a simple but powerful progression: gaining Insight into how they show up as leaders, building Integration by translating new awareness into daily leadership practices, and driving Impact by amplifying results and influence at scale.
Executives describe my coaching style as empathetic, direct, and grounded in the realities of leading at Amazon’s pace and scale. I create a trusted space for senior leaders to explore the questions they can’t always ask elsewhere, to test new ways of thinking, and to strengthen the confidence and clarity needed to succeed in their next chapter.
My coaching practice builds on both lived experience and academic study. Alongside two decades of working with executives inside Amazon, I hold an M.A. in Organizational Leadership and advanced training in adult development and the psychology of executive coaching. This blend of practice and research allows me to bring evidence-based methods to real-world executive challenges—helping leaders approach transition not just as a business necessity, but as a catalyst for deeper growth and sustained impact.
