Als Chief People &amp; Operations Officer bij People2.0 geeft Lauren leiding aan een wereldwijd team dat zich bezighoudt met backoffice-oplossingen, organisatieontwikkeling, compliance en werknemers- en klantrelaties. Lauren&#8217;s leiderschap is instrumenteel geweest in het uitbreiden van de organisatie van een nationaal team naar een wereldwijde krachtpatser, met ondersteuning van een aanzienlijke groei van het aantal medewerkers en operationele effici\u00ebntie. Voordat ze bij People2.0 kwam, bekleedde Lauren leidinggevende functies op het gebied van HR bij UniTek Global Services en Allied Barton Security Services. Lauren heeft een Bachelor of Science in Health Policy &amp; Administration van de Pennsylvania State University en is een Senior Certified Professional bij de Society of Human Resources Management.
