Nieuwe pandemiegerelateerde wetgeving heeft complexe situaties gecre\u00eberd voor werkgevers die niemand had kunnen voorspellen.  Gelukkig hebben veel werknemers zich aangepast aan het thuiswerken.  Het wordt echter erg moeilijk voor organisaties om hun werknemers op afstand nauwkeurig en effectief te verlonen en van secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden te voorzien in situaties waarin hun werknemers virtueel willen werken <u><br \/>\n  <strong>vanuit andere staten of landen dan hun thuisadres<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/u>.
