Onze op maat gemaakte oplossing stelde het netwerk in staat om de activiteiten te stroomlijnen, naleving in alle provincies te garanderen en hun backoffice-infrastructuur op te schalen, ter ondersteuning van voortdurende expansie en succes.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2a378163b5da82e2899750648223ecbf\" style=\"color:#056892\">Kans  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Na een snelle groei door meerdere overnames kreeg het Canadese uitzendnetwerk te maken met een enorme druk op hun interne backofficeteams. Het integreren van nieuwe entiteiten en werknemers met behoud van effici\u00ebnte operaties en serviceniveaus werd een complexe uitdaging. Bovendien vereiste hun landelijke aanwezigheid een strikte naleving van de verschillende arbeidsregels, belastingwetten en compensatieregels in elke provincie. Om hun agressieve, door overnames gedreven groeimodel te ondersteunen, hadden ze een uniforme, aanpasbare oplossing nodig die hun complexe activiteiten en toekomstige schaalbaarheid kon ondersteunen.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-256f8fd81218aa7495dc4e2bfa5ec141\" style=\"color:#056892\">Oplossing<\/h3>\n\n<p>People2.0 leverde een uitgebreid back-office programma op maat van de unieke behoeften van het Canadese Staffing Network. We consolideerden hun technologiesystemen en stroomlijnden hun personeelsadministratieprocessen, waaronder salarisadministratie, onboarding van werknemers en credentialsbeheer. Door deze functies te automatiseren, hebben we de handmatige belasting van hun teams verminderd en gezorgd voor consistente naleving in alle sectoren en regio's.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Om tegemoet te komen aan de veranderende behoeften van hun personeel, boden we aangepaste arbeidsvoorwaarden en verzekeringsprogramma&#8217;s aan. Onze regelgevingsdeskundigen navigeerden door de complexiteit van provinciale naleving, beperkten de risico&#8217;s en zorgden voor een soepele werking. Bovendien integreerden we hun sollicitantvolgsysteem met onze backofficesoftware, waardoor gegevens niet meer handmatig hoefden te worden ingevoerd en de nauwkeurigheid van de gegevens werd verbeterd.
