We willen uw aandacht vestigen op een recente update in Massachusetts: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mass.gov\/news\/governor-healey-signs-wage-equity-legislation#:~:text=Boston%20%E2%80%94%20Governor%20Maura%20T.%20Healey,to%20ask%20for%20salary%20ranges.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\n  <em>An Act relative to salary range transparency,<\/em>\n<\/a> die nieuwe eisen introduceert voor de bekendmaking en rapportage van salarissen.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-51314eb0d2dc52ad19f9714fc9423481\" style=\"color:#056892\">De wetgeving begrijpen  <\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Overzicht<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Deze nieuwe wet verplicht werkgevers om salarisbereiken bekend te maken en beschermt het recht van werknemers om deze informatie op te vragen. Het verplicht ook tot het rapporteren van loongegevens voor grotere werkgevers. De wet gaat in op 31 juli 2025.    <\/p>\n\n<p>Deze wetgeving maakt deel uit van een groeiende trend die we in de Verenigde Staten zien, met soortgelijke wetten in staten als Colorado en Californi\u00eb. Omdat deze trend zich blijft verspreiden, moeten bedrijven zich voorbereiden op het implementeren van deze praktijken in al hun activiteiten.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Doelstellingen<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>De wetgeving is gericht op meer gelijke beloning en transparantie in Massachusetts.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Belangrijkste bepalingen<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Werkgevers met meer dan 25 werknemers moeten salarisbereiken bekendmaken in vacatures en op verzoek  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Werkgevers met meer dan 100 werknemers moeten loongegevens rapporteren aan de staat  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bescherming van werknemers tegen vergelding voor het opvragen van salarisinformatie  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Het Openbaar Ministerie krijgt handhavingsbevoegdheid  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Vaak voorkomende misvattingen  <\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Deze wet is niet alleen van toepassing op nieuwe vacatures, maar ook op interne overplaatsingen en promoties.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-99d0dd0f3ba6d3fae4e5abc578955a44\" style=\"color:#056892\">Wat het voor jou betekent<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Impactanalyse  <\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Als je 25 of meer werknemers hebt in Massachusetts, moet je ervoor zorgen dat je vacatures en interne processen voldoen aan de nieuwe vereisten voor openbaarmaking van salarisbereiken.
