The Head of Human Resources provides overall direction and oversight of human resources functions in the Company’s APAC region – Australia, India, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. This role reports to the Global SVP of HR in the US. The primary responsibilities include workforce planning, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation, and benefits oversight. Serves as a strong business partner and advisor to regional executive and leadership team.
