The Head of Human Resources provides overall direction and oversight of human resources functions in the Company’s APAC region – Australia, India, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. This role reports to the Global SVP of HR in the US. The primary responsibilities include workforce planning, culture and engagement, talent acquisition, employee relations, talent and performance management, compensation, and benefits oversight. Serves as a strong business partner and advisor to regional executive and leadership team. What you'll get to do:

  • You will be responsible for the APAC HR function delivering both strategic and operational people support which is commercially focused across the region.
  • Lead integration efforts for acquired companies and newly hired talent in the APAC market.
  • Work closely with the Executive Leadership team to support decision-making across the region by ensuring critical HR information is appropriately communicated.
  • Conduct market research to ensure fair and equitable compensation and benefit packages across countries and offices.
  • Developing the strategic plans for the region from a people and culture perspective.
  • Leading by example to provide effective people coaching to Leaders and continuously embedding our HR principles and practices.
  • Creating a HR business partnering model ensuring compliance and operational day to day activities are efficient and customer focused.
  • Apply your coaching skills to manage and develop you team, which will include HRBP’s and payroll across the region.
  • Continuously improving HR function/service including processes, systems, and tools with efficiency, effectiveness, and customer service in mind.
  • Partnering with other HR Directors globally to drive strategic HR projects and align on key HR practices.
  • Travel to offices in other locations both nationally and internationally to provide HR support when required.
  • Create and support frameworks that nurture and enhance a healthy, vibrant, and productive workplace culture.
