Customer Care Specialist

Customer Care Specialist is focused on increasing the satisfaction of People 2.0’s Market Makers by providing exceptional professionalism and customer service through phone and ticket support, diagnosis and problem-solving related to the company information systems, applications, and related services.

The Customer Care Specialist assists, supports and guides internal staff Associates as well as external client Market Makers in the use of various web and server-based software applications for managing recruitment, employee placement, payroll and billing processes

What you'll get to do:

  • Provide first-line support for proprietary software applications, including troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to identify and address software defects and performance issues
  • Assist users with software installation, configuration, and usage
  • Document and track support requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the training team to conduct training sessions and create user guides to help users effectively use the software
  • Stay up to date with software enhancements and new features to provide accurate support
  • Assist users with integrated third-party applicant tracking systems and time keeping software
  • Prompt notification to management upon identifying any potential issues or irregularities, including suspected impropriety or rule violations
  • Additional responsibilities as designated

Skills and experience we value:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
  • 2 -3 years’ prior experience in software/application support inbound call center, or
    customer service preferred
  • Solid technology aptitude
  • Demonstrated time management, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Must be a Microsoft application “Power User”: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and general math skills
  • Human Resource (HRIS) experience, payroll applications, bilingual Spanish a plus

  • The current delivery team is based in King of Prussia, PA, and this position can be based in North America
  • Salary range is $23.75/hr to $25.25/hr USD or $25.00 – $28.72 CAD based on location and experience, plus bonus potential
