The Contractor Services Specialist reports to the Contractor Services Manager and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and support of contingent and EOR workers across Canada with a focus on delivering an excellent worker experience.
The Contractor Services Specialist is responsible for overall employee communications and experience. The position will focus on two primary areas: providing quality, detailed work product and building relationships with employees. The Contractor Services Specialist is expected to be self-directed, enjoy serving clients and have a broad knowledge of compliant hiring requirements for employee agreements, benefits and payroll. They will be responsible for high-volume on-boarding and supporting employee relations.
