Et c\u2019est le cas. Mais la plupart des leaders talentueux en entreprise vous diront que le vrai d\u00e9fi commence d\u00e8s que l\u2019embauche est faite.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien g\u00e9rer les talents internationaux exige deux choses \u00e0 la fois : rester en conformit\u00e9 dans toutes les juridictions o\u00f9 vos employ\u00e9s se trouvent, et b\u00e2tir une culture d\u2019\u00e9quipe qui tient ensemble tous les fuseaux horaires, les langues et les normes de travail. Ce ne sont pas le m\u00eame probl\u00e8me. Et la plupart des organisations ont du mal \u00e0 bien faire les deux en m\u00eame temps.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici ce qu\u2019il faut r\u00e9ellement pour r\u00e9ussir les choses.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le d\u00e9fi de conformit\u00e9 est plus grand qu\u2019il n\u2019y para\u00eet  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour les \u00e9quipes d\u2019acquisition de talents en entreprise, l\u2019embauche internationale signifie naviguer dans un patchwork constamment changeant de lois du travail, d\u2019exigences fiscales et de r\u00e8gles de classification des travailleurs. Chaque pays a son propre cadre. Et m\u00eame dans les r\u00e9gions qui partagent un m\u00eame parapluie r\u00e9glementaire, les d\u00e9tails divergent nettement.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prenons l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne. Bien qu\u2019il fonctionne selon des r\u00e8gles de commerce partag\u00e9, le droit du travail varie consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019un \u00c9tat membre \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Le traitement fiscal local, les normes de classification des travailleurs et les exigences d\u2019int\u00e9gration comportent chacune leurs propres r\u00e8gles et, par cons\u00e9quent, leurs propres risques si vous vous trompez.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les cons\u00e9quences du non-respect ne sont pas seulement administratives. La mauvaise classification et les violations r\u00e9glementaires peuvent entra\u00eener <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hr.com\/en\/magazines\/all_articles\/workforce-classification-a-silent-risk-with-loud-c_m3phetl9.html?s=j1PnGlso9pErZWm2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des dommages financiers et r\u00e9putationnels<\/a> importants.  Pour les entreprises qui se d\u00e9veloppent sur plusieurs march\u00e9s en m\u00eame temps, ce risque s\u2019accumule rapidement.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019argument strat\u00e9gique en faveur des talents mondiaux  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque l\u2019embauche internationale est bien faite, les avantages sont r\u00e9els. Les entreprises peuvent constituer des \u00e9quipes sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es avec des combinaisons de comp\u00e9tences pr\u00e9cises qui n\u2019existent tout simplement pas sur un seul march\u00e9. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement important pour les initiatives de transformation num\u00e9rique, la mise en \u0153uvre technologique et l\u2019entr\u00e9e concurrentielle sur le march\u00e9 \u2014 des situations o\u00f9 la bonne \u00e9quipe au bon moment repr\u00e9sente un v\u00e9ritable avantage d\u2019affaires.    <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais ces avantages d\u00e9pendent enti\u00e8rement de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Sans un effort d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pour combler la distance, les fuseaux horaires et les diff\u00e9rences culturelles, l\u2019embauche internationale peut entra\u00eener des lacunes de communication, des d\u00e9lais manqu\u00e9s et un potentiel non exploit\u00e9. L\u2019avantage du talent dispara\u00eet si l\u2019\u00e9quipe ne fonctionne pas en \u00e9quipe.    <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019int\u00e9gration exige un investissement d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 en leadership  <\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les entreprises mondiales prosp\u00e8res ne laissent pas l\u2019int\u00e9gration culturelle au hasard.
