Ils ont finalement retir\u00e9 environ 70 fournisseurs du programme en 90 jours \u2014 mettant fin \u00e0 leurs ententes avec les fournisseurs et transf\u00e9rant leurs employ\u00e9s restants sous l\u2019entreprise  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.people20.com\/fr-ca\/blog\/the-definitive-guide-to-payroll-and-compliance-partners\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Partenaire de paie<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, ou les transf\u00e9rer \u00e0 une entente de sous-traitance sous un fournisseur approuv\u00e9 en programme. Cet effort massif a \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint imm\u00e9diatement  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.people20.com\/fr-ca\/blog\/what-is-risk-management\/\"><b>l\u2019att\u00e9nuation des risques<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> et <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.people20.com\/fr-ca\/blog\/the-definitive-guide-to-staffing-and-workforce-growth\/\"><b>la r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la consolidation de volume.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Phase 2 : Optimisation des fournisseurs (affinage pour la qualit\u00e9 des candidats)<\/b><\/h3>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Une fois le nouveau programme harmonis\u00e9 lanc\u00e9, Osterhout est pass\u00e9 d\u2019une mentalit\u00e9 de rationalisation \u00e0 une mentalit\u00e9 d\u2019optimisation.
