Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, vous devez vous inscrire pour un num\u00e9ro d\u2019identification d\u2019employeur (EIN) aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019IRS. De plus, selon les lois de votre gouvernement local et provincial, vous pourriez aussi devoir demander une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 d\u2019entreprise locale ou provinciale.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Au Canada, cela doit se faire avec l\u2019ARC et n\u00e9cessite un num\u00e9ro d\u2019entreprise pour cela. Vous pouvez ouvrir le compte en ligne, par fax, par la poste ou par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone via le formulaire RC1B. Une fois que vous avez calcul\u00e9 leurs heures travaill\u00e9es multipli\u00e9es par leur salaire, il est temps de r\u00e9gler toutes les retenues, y compris les imp\u00f4ts f\u00e9d\u00e9raux et locaux, les cotisations du NAS ou du RPC, l\u2019indemnisation des travailleurs, les autres primes r\u00e9gionales\/f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, etc.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Au cours de toutes ces \u00e9tapes, vous vous assurez de respecter toutes les lois fiscales et sur la paie pertinentes, remplissez toute la paperasse appropri\u00e9e et suivez les \u00e9ch\u00e9ances.
