Et des leaders de haut calibre s\u2019attaquent rapidement aux probl\u00e8mes plut\u00f4t que d\u2019attendre qu\u2019ils aient \u00e9volu\u00e9 vers un d\u00e9sengagement actif et complet. Voici quelques points importants \u00e0 surveiller. Ce sont les signes subtils du d\u00e9sengagement.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #3f7381\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>  Ne pas assister \u00e0 des \u00e9v\u00e9nements ou rassemblements \u00ab optionnels \u00bb  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00c9videmment, tout le monde n\u2019assistera pas \u00e0 chaque rassemblement. Cependant, si vous avez un employ\u00e9 qui montre un comportement de ne pas participer aux activit\u00e9s de groupe, aux activit\u00e9s de consolidation d\u2019\u00e9quipe, aux repas-partage ou \u00e0 d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s \u00ab optionnelles \u00bb, cela pourrait \u00eatre le signe d\u2019un probl\u00e8me plus s\u00e9rieux. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #3f7381\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>  Ne pas prendre d\u2019initiative pour l\u2019auto-croissance ou le d\u00e9veloppement personnel  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Quand un employ\u00e9 demande rarement, voire jamais, \u00e0 assister \u00e0 un atelier, \u00e0 un webinaire, \u00e0 consulter une ressource de la biblioth\u00e8que de pr\u00eat ou m\u00eame \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00ab malade \u00bb lors des journ\u00e9es de formation, il se peut que quelqu\u2019un soit d\u00e9sengag\u00e9. Ne jamais demander \u00e0 prendre en charge un projet difficile ou \u00e0 travailler sur quelque chose de nouveau peut aussi \u00eatre un signe qu\u2019ils sont d\u00e9croch\u00e9s. M\u00eame s\u2019ils participent quand c\u2019est \u00ab obligatoire \u00bb, ne jamais montrer d\u2019initiative de croissance peut \u00eatre troublant.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #3f7381\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>  Ne pas poser de questions  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Un employ\u00e9 engag\u00e9 est curieux. Un employ\u00e9 engag\u00e9 voudra bien comprendre un enjeu ou une id\u00e9e. Un employ\u00e9 d\u00e9sengag\u00e9 supposera \u00ab si vous vouliez qu\u2019il sache, vous auriez dit quelque chose. \u00bb Cette attitude passive et le manque de curiosit\u00e9 et de questions qui en r\u00e9sulte, surtout lorsque de nouvelles id\u00e9es sont lanc\u00e9es ou discut\u00e9es, peuvent \u00eatre un signe d\u2019alerte pr\u00e9coce de d\u00e9sengagement.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"color: #3f7381\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>  Ayez une \u00ab attitude plate \u00bb  <\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Une attitude plate n\u2019est ni positive ni n\u00e9gative. Alors que le d\u00e9sengagement actif peut \u00eatre ouvertement n\u00e9gatif, \u00ab attitude plate \u00bb ne montre aucun enthousiasme ni \u00e9nergie pour quoi que ce soit&#8230; Jamais. Encore une fois, un signe d\u2019alerte pr\u00e9coce.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Les leaders de haut calibre surveillent ces signes et interviennent t\u00f4t. Une intervention pr\u00e9coce men\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re non mena\u00e7ante peut r\u00e9ellement renforcer l\u2019engagement, r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des obstacles cach\u00e9s au succ\u00e8s et r\u00e9v\u00e9ler des opportunit\u00e9s de coaching.
