Il reste un candidat viable que vous pourriez vouloir pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 votre client? Super! Continuez \u00e0 comprendre les motivations non mon\u00e9taires.   <\/p>\n<p>Rappelez-vous, pour satisfaire \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle d\u2019or du recrutement, un candidat doit :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Poss\u00e9der 90% des comp\u00e9tences que vous\/votre client recherchez<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Soyez pr\u00eat \u00e0 travailler dans la fourchette salariale sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e par le client<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Soyez motiv\u00e9 par autre chose que l\u2019argent<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Vous pouvez d\u00e9terminer les deux premi\u00e8res composantes en examinant leur CV et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.people20.com\/blog\/recruit-interested-candidates-faster-efficiently\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"color: #337ab7\"><br \/>\n    <u>leur fiche d\u2019information sur les candidats<\/u><br \/>\n  <\/span><br \/>\n<\/a> , puis en posant les bonnes questions pertinentes lors de la premi\u00e8re phase de l\u2019entrevue de qualification. Recueillir des commentaires pour clarifier comment un candidat est motiv\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration salariale est une \u00e9tape essentielle suivante. <\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi est-ce important? Parce que votre meilleur candidat est quelqu\u2019un qui non seulement <g id=\"gid_0\">peut faire<\/g> le travail, mais qui <g id=\"gid_1\">veut<\/g> aussi le faire \u2013 et il doit le vouloir pour plus que de l\u2019argent. Ceux qui ne s\u2019int\u00e9ressent \u00e0 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 que pour l\u2019argent sont ceux qui acceptent les contre-offres \u00e0 la fin.  <\/p>\n<h2>Les r\u00e9ponses doivent s\u2019aligner<\/h2>\n<p>Voici la question cl\u00e9 que vous posez maintenant au candidat :  <em>Qu\u2019est-ce qui vous a pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 la poursuivre dans cette opportunit\u00e9?  <\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9coutez tr\u00e8s attentivement la r\u00e9ponse du candidat. Parce que peu importe leur r\u00e9ponse, vous allez la comparer aux quatre principaux motivateurs non mon\u00e9taires : <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Qualit\u00e9 de vie<\/strong> \u2013 Par exemple, leur r\u00e9ponse fait-elle r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 travailler moins d\u2019heures et moins de samedis afin de pouvoir assister \u00e0 plus d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements sportifs de leur enfant?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9\/D\u00e9fis du poste<\/strong> \u2013 D\u00e9crivent-ils le fait d\u2019\u00eatre sous-utilis\u00e9s dans leur poste actuel ou qu\u2019ils sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 devenir plus responsables?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>\u00c9volution de carri\u00e8re<\/strong> \u2013 Un candidat peut expliquer, par exemple, qu\u2019il a progress\u00e9 autant que possible chez son employeur actuel et qu\u2019il doit avancer pour progresser dans sa carri\u00e8re.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>G\u00e9ographie<\/strong> \u2013 Peut-\u00eatre qu\u2019ils mentionnent dans leur r\u00e9ponse que l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi se trouve \u00e0 seulement 10 minutes de trajet, ou que c\u2019est dans une ville o\u00f9 ils ont aussi r\u00eav\u00e9 de vivre.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si leur r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ta question ne correspond pas \u00e0 au moins un de ces points, alors tu vas poser des questions sp\u00e9cifiques sur ces aspects. Par exemple, vous pourriez dire : \u00ab Mary, tu as eu le temps de bien r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 la description du poste.
