Une fois que vous avez atteint le seuil o\u00f9 ils peuvent payer confortablement le loyer, les pr\u00eats \u00e9tudiants, etc., l\u2019argent suppl\u00e9mentaire ne r\u00e9pondra pas \u00e0 leurs motivations principales. Envisagez de vous concentrer davantage sur le d\u00e9vouement de votre client \u00e0 offrir de la flexibilit\u00e9 pour les probl\u00e8mes familiaux ou des occasions d\u2019apprentissage continu. Et surtout, sachez exactement comment le poste que vous vendez \u00e0 votre candidat aura un impact.
