Dans cette s\u00e9rie en deux parties, nous passerons en revue ce qu\u2019il faut pour se connecter aux chercheurs d\u2019emploi. <\/p>\n<h2>La lutte industrielle<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019industrie du placement a longtemps eu du mal avec l\u2019image projet\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s des chercheurs d\u2019emploi, et cette lutte n\u2019est pas sans raison valable. Une \u00e9tude de<g id=\"gid_0\">l\u2019ASA 1<\/g> a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que de nombreux chercheurs d\u2019emploi voient les entreprises de placement comme une porte tournante de talents. Un r\u00e9pondant \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate a m\u00eame d\u00e9crit les entreprises de placement comme un \u00ab tapis roulant de travailleurs \u00bb.  <\/p>\n<p>Dans une tentative de combattre cette fausse image, de nombreux recruteurs ressentent un besoin constant de souligner la valeur des emplois qu\u2019ils offrent. Le langage qu\u2019ils utilisent se divise g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dans l\u2019une des deux cat\u00e9gories suivantes : <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Langue passerelle :<\/strong> Parmi les expressions populaires, on retrouve \u00ab les emplois temporaires sont un pont vers l\u2019emploi \u00e0 temps plein \u00bb ou \u00ab beaucoup de ces emplois temporaires m\u00e8nent \u00e0 des postes \u00e0 temps plein. \u00bb<\/li>\n<li><strong>Langage flexible :<\/strong> Des exemples incluent \u00ab les travailleurs temporaires ont la flexibilit\u00e9 de travailler aussi peu ou autant qu\u2019ils le souhaitent \u00bb et \u00ab les employ\u00e9s temporaires ont la flexibilit\u00e9 de changer d\u2019emploi aussi souvent qu\u2019ils le souhaitent \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9cits sont tellement ancr\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9tat d\u2019esprit du recruteur que le langage du pont et de la flexibilit\u00e9 domine souvent la conversation lorsqu\u2019on s\u2019adresse \u00e0 un chercheur d\u2019emploi; cela devient la principale proposition de valeur. Mais les chercheurs d\u2019emploi ne cherchent pas un pont magique. Ils ont une lutte diff\u00e9rente.  <\/p>\n<h2>La lutte du chercheur d\u2019emploi<\/h2>\n<p>De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du mur, les chercheurs d\u2019emploi ont un seul et principal besoin : trouver un emploi. Maintenant. <\/p>\n<p>Ils sont frustr\u00e9s par le processus de recherche. Ils ressentent chaque jour la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du redout\u00e9 ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du \u00ab trou noir \u00bb. Ils consacrent leur temps et leur \u00e9nergie pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 soumettre candidature apr\u00e8s candidature et n\u2019ont rien \u00e0 montrer pour leurs efforts.  <\/p>\n<p>Ils sont d\u00e9sillusionn\u00e9s par le manque d\u2019interaction humaine dans le processus de recherche. Ils ont l\u2019impression de ne pas pouvoir obtenir d\u2019entrevue, ni m\u00eame de mise \u00e0 jour sur leur candidature parce qu\u2019ils ne trouvent personne \u00e0 qui parler. Au final, ils ont l\u2019impression de perdre leur temps.  <\/p>\n<p>La frustration des chercheurs d\u2019emploi n\u2019est pas injustifi\u00e9e. Les syst\u00e8mes de suivi des candidatures d\u2019entreprise rejettent automatiquement environ 75% des candidatures. Bien qu\u2019il soit clair que les plateformes ATS font \u00e9conomiser des milliers d\u2019heures par ann\u00e9e \u00e0 notre industrie, il est tout aussi clair que tout le processus est con\u00e7u pour \u00e9liminer les candidats, pas pour les inviter. Et les chercheurs d\u2019emploi peuvent le ressentir.   <\/p>\n<p>Beaucoup de chercheurs d\u2019emploi ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 croire que s\u2019ils pouvaient simplement se retrouver devant les bonnes personnes, ils auraient une chance d\u2019obtenir un emploi.<\/p>\n<h2>La D\u00e9connexion<\/h2>\n<p>Les chercheurs d\u2019emploi frustr\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas de flexibilit\u00e9 ni de \u00ab pont vers de meilleurs postes \u00bb en haut de leur liste. Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une seule chose sur leur liste : un emploi. <\/p>\n<p>Donc, lorsque les entreprises de recrutement arrivent avec des promesses de les mettre \u00ab sur l\u2019\u00e9chelle de carri\u00e8re \u00bb ou des \u00ab horaires flexibles \u00bb, le message ne correspond pas au besoin le plus imm\u00e9diat du chercheur d\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, certains termes de transition et de flexibilit\u00e9 peuvent m\u00eame se retourner contre eux. Les r\u00e9pondants \u00e0 l\u2019enqu\u00eate ont indiqu\u00e9 que des expressions comme \u00ab les emplois temporaires vous rendent plus employable \u00bb offensaient certains chercheurs d\u2019emploi. Ils ont entendu \u00ab plus employable \u00bb comme un message \u00e0 peine voil\u00e9 disant qu\u2019ils sont actuellement \u00ab moins employables \u00bb.  <\/p>\n<p>Face \u00e0 des termes flexibles comme \u00ab choisissez quand, o\u00f9 et comment vous travaillez \u00bb, de nombreux chercheurs d\u2019emploi ont ressenti un \u00e9norme d\u00e9calage par rapport \u00e0 leur besoin principal. Les chercheurs d\u2019emploi qui cherchent activement un emploi sont en fait plus susceptibles d\u2019accorder plus d\u2019importance \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9, \u00e0 la fiabilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 un horaire de travail r\u00e9gulier. Ce d\u00e9calage cr\u00e9e une vision encore plus sombre de l\u2019industrie du placement.  <\/p>\n<h3>LECTURES COMPL\u00c9MENTAIRES :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Pour vraiment s\u00e9duire les chercheurs d\u2019emploi, il faut faire le lien entre la lutte de l\u2019industrie du placement et celle du chercheur d\u2019emploi.
