Juste au moment o\u00f9 vous pensez ma\u00eetriser les tendances de l\u2019industrie du recrutement, les choses changent \u00e0 nouveau. De nombreux professionnels talentueux et exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s choisissent de prendre le contr\u00f4le de leur carri\u00e8re en rejoignant le march\u00e9 du travail ind\u00e9pendant.
