Dans cet article, nous approfondirons d\u2019autres consid\u00e9rations strat\u00e9giques que les professionnels des RH, de l\u2019acquisition de talents et des achats doivent consid\u00e9rer lorsqu\u2019ils b\u00e2tissent des communaut\u00e9s de talents pour s\u00e9lectionner et r\u00e9engager des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants connus. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En tant que principal fournisseur de solutions sur le march\u00e9 pour les entreprises qui souhaitent engager des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants de fa\u00e7on s\u00e9curitaire et rentable, on nous demande souvent d\u2019aider \u00e0 \u00e9laborer le dossier d\u2019affaires pour la mise en \u0153uvre d\u2019un programme de conformit\u00e9 et d\u2019engagement des travailleurs ind\u00e9pendants. De plus en plus souvent, ces demandes incluent aussi les communaut\u00e9s de talents. Dans certains cas, ce travail de consultation se fait aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de nos partenaires MSP ou VMS. D\u2019autres fois, nous fournissons des conseils directement \u00e0 nos parties prenantes.   <\/p>\n<p>Comme discut\u00e9 dans un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.talentwave.com\/building-talent-community-determine-objectives-first\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">article pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a>, ce travail commence g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par la question : \u00ab Pourquoi? \u00bb. Une fois que nous aurons une meilleure clart\u00e9 sur les objectifs du client pour b\u00e2tir une communaut\u00e9 de talents, nous pourrons alors plonger dans la strat\u00e9gie qui nous y m\u00e8nera. <\/p>\n<h2>Ralentir pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer<\/h2>\n<p>Avant de commencer, nous recommandons toujours aux organisations de cibler leur cible. Il y a une grande valeur \u00e0 commencer petit, puis \u00e0 \u00e9largir la port\u00e9e d\u2019une communaut\u00e9 de talents \u00e0 mesure que la solution m\u00fbrit. Faire de petits pas au d\u00e9but permettra \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe de d\u00e9velopper et de perfectionner le cadre et le processus avant d\u2019augmenter le volume. Cela cr\u00e9era aussi quelques \u00ab gains \u00bb pr\u00e9coces qui pourront aider \u00e0 promouvoir le programme tant aupr\u00e8s des entrepreneurs qu\u2019aupr\u00e8s des commanditaires internes du projet.   <\/p>\n<p>En choisissant de se concentrer d\u2019abord sur un groupe d\u00e9fini, o\u00f9 la demande de talents est r\u00e9p\u00e9table et durable, les organisations peuvent consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9liorer leurs chances de succ\u00e8s. Pourquoi \u00eates-vous int\u00e9ress\u00e9 \u00e0 b\u00e2tir une communaut\u00e9 de talents? <\/li>\n<li><strong>Y a-t-il un cas d\u2019utilisation?<\/strong>&nbsp;Est-ce un exercice hypoth\u00e9tique, ou y a-t-il un vrai probl\u00e8me que nous essayons de r\u00e9soudre? Quelles sont les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la(s) population(s)? Y a-t-il une population cible initiale que nous voulons d\u2019abord int\u00e9grer \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 des talents?  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Est-ce que quelque chose de similaire a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 essay\u00e9?<\/strong>&nbsp;Par qui? Que s\u2019est-il pass\u00e9?  Pourquoi?<\/li>\n<li><strong>Qui va \u00ab poss\u00e9der \u00bb la communaut\u00e9 des talents?<\/strong>&nbsp;Lequel(s) groupe(s) sont les parties prenantes? Par exemple : ressources humaines, acquisition de talents, approvisionnement, etc. Comment allons-nous le promouvoir \u00e0 l\u2019interne et \u00e0 l\u2019externe?  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Qui jouera le r\u00f4le d\u2019agent de talents?<\/strong>&nbsp;Partie prenante du client? MSP? Une tierce partie?  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Facteurs \u00e9conomiques?<\/strong>  Si nous avan\u00e7ons, quels indicateurs stimuleront le retour sur investissement de cette initiative? Sommes-nous clairs sur la fa\u00e7on dont le succ\u00e8s sera mesur\u00e9? <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Conclusion<\/h2>\n<p>Il y a de nombreux avantages \u00e0 cr\u00e9er une communaut\u00e9 de talents avec un objectif \u00e9troit, puis \u00e0 \u00e9largir sa port\u00e9e. Prendre le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir soigneusement et de d\u00e9finir la strat\u00e9gie offrira une base solide pour la croissance et favorisera une communaut\u00e9 de talents prosp\u00e8re qui pourra b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0 l\u2019organisation pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir.
