Cette bataille pour les talents s\u2019est intensifi\u00e9e dans l\u2019expansion \u00e9conomique actuelle, alors que plusieurs des esprits les plus brillants sont attir\u00e9s par les entreprises technologiques pour leur prochaine \u00e9tape de carri\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fis pour les firmes de conseil en gestion se sont accrus alors que la croissance rapide et le besoin de recruter des travailleurs \u00e0 l\u2019aise avec le num\u00e9rique ont laiss\u00e9 de nombreuses firmes en sous-effectif. Cette dynamique de raret\u00e9 des talents a \u00e9t\u00e9 aggrav\u00e9e par une source croissante de concurrence : alors que les firmes de conseil rivalisaient auparavant principalement entre elles et avec les banques d\u2019investissement pour attirer les meilleurs talents, elles font maintenant face \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi important de la part des entreprises technologiques et des start-ups. <\/p>\n<p>Sur le march\u00e9 du travail actuel, de nombreux professionnels consid\u00e8rent les entreprises technologiques comme des endroits plus stimulants o\u00f9 travailler, et souvent plus \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle. Parmi les chercheurs d\u2019emploi, il existe une perception largement r\u00e9pandue que les entreprises technologiques sont des endroits cr\u00e9atifs et agr\u00e9ables o\u00f9 travailler. Alors que l\u2019opinion dominante des cabinets de conseil est que ce n\u2019est pas tellement le cas!  <\/p>\n<p>De nouvelles recherches semblent appuyer ce point de vue. Dans un rapport r\u00e9cent publi\u00e9 par Source for Consulting, <g id=\"gid_0\">intitul\u00e9 Winning the talent war&nbsp;: Critical success factors for consulting firms<\/g>, ils ont interview\u00e9 plus de 100 consultants en recherche d\u2019emploi et ont constat\u00e9 qu\u2019un impressionnant 70% d\u2019entre eux consid\u00e9raient la culture des entreprises comme l\u2019un des facteurs les plus importants dans le choix de leur prochain employeur. Le facteur du deuxi\u00e8me rang \u2014 un bon parcours de carri\u00e8re au sein de l\u2019entreprise \u2014 \u00e9tait une pr\u00e9occupation majeure pour 55% des candidats, et le gros dollar n\u2019\u00e9tait un facteur principal que 54% du temps.  <\/p>\n<p>Sur le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain, de nombreuses firmes de conseil rapportent qu\u2019il est beaucoup plus difficile de gagner des batailles de talents directes avec les entreprises technologiques, surtout en ce qui concerne les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s r\u00e9cents. La situation est peu susceptible de s\u2019am\u00e9liorer \u00e0 moins que les firmes de consultation ne commencent activement \u00e0 combattre leur image rigide et \u00e0 devenir des \u00ab <g id=\"gid_0\">clients de choix<\/g> \u00bb pour leurs consultants.
