L\u2019effort pour d\u00e9limiter clairement les fronti\u00e8res entre les travailleurs autonomes et les employ\u00e9s n\u2019est pas seulement une formalit\u00e9 l\u00e9gale, mais une \u00e9tape cruciale pour assurer l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 et la transparence dans la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le c\u0153ur de la mauvaise classification  <\/h3>\n\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me en question d\u00e9coule d\u2019une mauvaise classification des travailleurs \u2014 une situation o\u00f9 les employ\u00e9s sont incorrectement d\u00e9sign\u00e9s comme travailleurs autonomes. Cette distinction est cruciale parce qu\u2019elle affecte les droits, avantages et protections des travailleurs. L\u2019enqu\u00eate du groupe de travail a mis au jour quelques chiffres surprenants :   <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>259 000 employ\u00e9s<\/strong> sont mal class\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Plus de 48 000 employeurs<\/strong> dans l\u2019\u00c9tat ont mal class\u00e9 au moins un travailleur.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Une mauvaise classification entra\u00eene une <strong>perte annuelle de 91 millions de dollars<\/strong> pour le Fonds fiduciaire de l\u2019UC, avec une perte de revenus estim\u00e9e de <strong>6,4 \u00e0 124,5 millions<\/strong> $ pour le Fonds g\u00e9n\u00e9ral rien qu\u2019en 2019.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De plus, les employ\u00e9s mal class\u00e9s qui ont subi des blessures ou des maladies au travail sans une assurance ad\u00e9quate pour l\u2019indemnisation des travailleurs ont subi des pertes d\u00e9passant <strong>153 millions de dollars en 2021<\/strong>.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Reconnaissant l\u2019urgence de la situation, la Pennsylvanie a non seulement intensifi\u00e9 ses efforts d\u2019enqu\u00eate, mais a aussi instaur\u00e9 des sanctions plus s\u00e9v\u00e8res pour ceux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reconnus en infraction avec les lois sur la classification des travailleurs.
