Cette mise \u00e0 jour se concentre particuli\u00e8rement sur les agences d\u2019aide temporaire et les recruteurs.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Objectifs<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Les principaux objectifs derri\u00e8re ces amendements sont de :<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assurez un traitement \u00e9quitable et une conformit\u00e9 dans les pratiques d\u2019emploi.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renforcer les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019application pour prot\u00e9ger les droits des employ\u00e9s.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fournir des lignes directrices plus claires aux employeurs, agences d\u2019aide temporaire et recruteurs.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Dispositions cl\u00e9s<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Les principaux points et exigences introduits par cette l\u00e9gislation incluent :  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Exigences en mati\u00e8re de licence :<\/strong> Les agences d\u2019aide temporaire et les recruteurs doivent maintenant obtenir un permis pour exercer l\u00e9galement en Ontario. Cela aide \u00e0 garantir que seules les agences conformes et \u00e9thiques sont en activit\u00e9. Les agences et les recruteurs doivent maintenir des dossiers de paie et des pratiques d\u2019emploi pr\u00e9cis.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renforcement de l\u2019application de la loi :<\/strong> Les agents des normes d\u2019emploi ont le pouvoir d\u2019\u00e9mettre des ordonnances, des avis de violation et des contraventions aux agences non conformes. Cela inclut les ordonnances de paiement des salaires directement aux employ\u00e9s et les ordonnances de conformit\u00e9.   <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues courantes<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Il existe quelques malentendus r\u00e9pandus \u00e0 propos de ces amendements :  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Mythe :<\/strong> Seules les grandes agences doivent se conformer aux nouvelles exigences de licence. <br\/><strong>Fait :<\/strong> Toutes les agences d\u2019aide temporaire et les recruteurs, peu importe leur taille, doivent obtenir un permis.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mythe :<\/strong> Les inspections ne sont effectu\u00e9es que s\u2019il y a une plainte. <br\/><strong>Fait :<\/strong> Le minist\u00e8re peut effectuer des inspections al\u00e9atoires pour assurer la conformit\u00e9 \u00e0 tout moment.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que cela signifie pour vous<\/h3>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Analyse d\u2019impact<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<p>Ces changements l\u00e9gislatifs pourraient avoir un impact significatif sur les op\u00e9rations de votre entreprise, surtout si vous \u00eates une agence d\u2019aide temporaire ou un recruteur.
