Dans cet esprit, nous portons \u00e0 votre attention une r\u00e9cente mise \u00e0 jour l\u00e9gislative au Michigan qui pourrait avoir des r\u00e9percussions importantes sur vos op\u00e9rations commerciales.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8c778a7e32d3d3dc6fcbf510ffd73b1c\" style=\"color:#056892\">Comprendre la l\u00e9gislation  <\/h3>\n\n<p>La Cour supr\u00eame du Michigan a r\u00e9tabli des dispositions cl\u00e9s de la <a href=\"https:\/\/legislature.mi.gov\/Laws\/MCL?objectName=MCL-ACT-338-OF-2018\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Loi sur le temps de maladie m\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/a> (ESTA) de l\u2019\u00c9tat, qui doit entrer en vigueur le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2025. Cette d\u00e9cision apporte des changements importants aux exigences en mati\u00e8re de cong\u00e9s de maladie pay\u00e9s et aux lois sur le salaire minimum dans l\u2019\u00c9tat.   <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em>Dispositions cl\u00e9s<\/em><\/h4>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cong\u00e9 de maladie pay\u00e9 :<\/strong>  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les employeurs comptant 10 employ\u00e9s ou plus doivent offrir 72 heures de cong\u00e9 de maladie pay\u00e9 par ann\u00e9e.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les petites entreprises doivent offrir 40 heures de cong\u00e9 pay\u00e9 et 32 heures suppl\u00e9mentaires de cong\u00e9 non pay\u00e9.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tous les employ\u00e9s, y compris les travailleurs \u00e0 temps partiel et temporaires, sont admissibles \u00e0 ces avantages.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Augmentation du salaire minimum :<\/strong>  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Avant cette d\u00e9cision, le salaire horaire minimum devait augmenter graduellement de 9,65 $ en 2020 \u00e0 10,56 $ d\u2019ici 2025. La d\u00e9cision de la Cour supr\u00eame du Michigan a toutefois \u00e9tabli un nouveau calendrier acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 pour les augmentations du salaire minimum, \u00e0 compter du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2025, en attendant la confirmation de la d\u00e9cision :   \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>21 f\u00e9vrier 2025 : Taux de base de 10,00 $, ajust\u00e9 pour l\u2019inflation par le tr\u00e9sorier de l\u2019\u00c9tat, en utilisant le 31 juillet 2024 comme point de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Bien qu\u2019estim\u00e9 autour de 12,50 $, le tarif exact sera annonc\u00e9 d\u2019ici le 1er novembre 2024.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21 f\u00e9vrier 2026 : taux de base de 10,65 $, plus ajustement inflationniste calcul\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au 31 juillet 2025.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21 f\u00e9vrier 2027 : Taux de base de 11,35 $, avec un ajustement suppl\u00e9mentaire pour l\u2019inflation.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>21 f\u00e9vrier 2028 : taux de base de 12,00 $, ajust\u00e9 en fonction de l\u2019inflation.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c0 partir du 21 f\u00e9vrier 2029 : Calculs annuels du salaire minimum ajust\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019inflation par le tr\u00e9sorier de l\u2019\u00c9tat.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La d\u00e9cision maintient les dispositions existantes pour des groupes sp\u00e9cifiques :  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les mineurs \u00e2g\u00e9s de 16 \u00e0 17 ans continueront de percevoir 85% du salaire minimum standard.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le salaire de formation des employ\u00e9s de moins de 20 ans durant leurs 90 premiers jours d\u2019emploi demeure de 4,25 $ de l\u2019heure.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salaires des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 pourboire :<\/strong>  \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les restaurants et les employeurs des travailleurs \u00e0 pourboire font face \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi suppl\u00e9mentaire avec l\u2019\u00e9limination du cr\u00e9dit salarial pour pourboires, actuellement \u00e0 38%, ainsi que l\u2019augmentation du salaire minimum.
