data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":120,\"335559740\":256}\"> <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h4><p>Le gouvernement augmente le salaire minimum f\u00e9d\u00e9ral \u00e0 17,75 $ de l\u2019heure le 1er avril 2025 \u2014 une hausse de 2,4%.<\/p><p>Cette augmentation garantira que les salaires des travailleurs du secteur priv\u00e9 r\u00e9glement\u00e9 par le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral suivent le rythme des hausses annuelles du co\u00fbt de la vie et aidera les Canadiens travaillant \u00e0 temps partiel, temporaire ou \u00e0 bas ou minimum \u00e0 gagner davantage.<\/p><p>Les employeurs devront ajuster leurs informations sur la paie en cons\u00e9quence afin de s\u2019assurer que ces employ\u00e9s re\u00e7oivent au moins le nouveau salaire horaire \u00e0 compter du 1er avril. Comme mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, le gouvernement de l\u2019Ontario a publi\u00e9 ses r\u00e8glements sur les licences ESA en date du 23 mai 2023. Pour contexte, le gouvernement de l\u2019Ontario a adopt\u00e9 le projet de loi 27, Loi sur le travail pour les travailleurs de 2021, qui a instaur\u00e9 une obligation pour toutes les entreprises de placement en Ontario de d\u00e9tenir un permis d\u2019exploitation valide.  <\/p><p>En f\u00e9vrier 2025, seulement 45% des licences avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9es, laissant un nombre important de demandeurs encore en attente de r\u00e9ponse. Le MOL esp\u00e8re terminer le processus d\u2019ici avril 2025. Il est important de noter que les NAS pour les travailleurs temporaires commencent toujours par un 9. Cela indique que vous devez demander une copie du permis de travail pour examen. Les NAS temporaires commen\u00e7ant par 9 et les permis de travail ont des dates d\u2019expiration.   <\/p><p>Il existe deux types de permis de travail que les nouveaux arrivants au Canada peuvent demander :<\/p><ul><li><strong>Permis de travail ouvert<\/strong> : Ce permis permet aux travailleurs de travailler pour n\u2019importe quel employeur sauf un qui est inscrit comme non admissible.<\/li><li><strong>Permis sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l\u2019employeur<\/strong> : Ce permis permet au demandeur de travailler au Canada selon les conditions \u00e9nonc\u00e9es sur le permis, incluant le nom de l\u2019employeur sp\u00e9cifique, la dur\u00e9e du travail et l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 il peut travailler.
