Pendant cette p\u00e9riode, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 directement avec des cadres alors qu\u2019ils traversaient certaines des transitions les plus importantes de leur carri\u00e8re. J\u2019ai eu le privil\u00e8ge de coacher des directeurs et des vice-pr\u00e9sidents dans les moments o\u00f9 les enjeux \u00e9taient les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s \u2014 en franchissant un horizon plus large, en guidant des entreprises \u00e0 travers une croissance hyperactive, en stimulant la transformation culturelle, en m\u2019\u00e9tendant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale et en pr\u00e9parant des successeurs \u00e0 des postes de direction. Mon travail consistait \u00e0 les aider \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper aussi rapidement que leurs entreprises grandissaient, et \u00e0 diriger avec clart\u00e9, r\u00e9silience et d\u00e9termination au milieu d\u2019un changement sans rel\u00e2che.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Cette exp\u00e9rience ancre maintenant ma pratique externe en tant que coach ex\u00e9cutif. Je comprends ce que signifie diriger aux points d\u2019inflexion \u2014 les moments o\u00f9 le succ\u00e8s d\u2019un leader d\u00e9termine non seulement sa propre trajectoire, mais aussi l\u2019avenir de ses \u00e9quipes et organisations. Mon coaching vise \u00e0 guider les cadres \u00e0 travers une progression simple mais puissante : acqu\u00e9rir <strong>une compr\u00e9hension<\/strong> de la fa\u00e7on dont ils se manifestent en tant que leaders, b\u00e2tir <strong>l\u2019int\u00e9gration<\/strong> en traduisant une nouvelle conscience en pratiques quotidiennes de leadership, et stimuler <strong>l\u2019impact<\/strong> en amplifiant les r\u00e9sultats et l\u2019influence \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Les cadres d\u00e9crivent mon style de coaching comme empathique, direct et ancr\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de diriger au rythme et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle d\u2019Amazon. Je cr\u00e9e un espace de confiance o\u00f9 les hauts dirigeants peuvent explorer les questions qu\u2019ils ne peuvent pas toujours poser ailleurs, tester de nouvelles fa\u00e7ons de penser, et renforcer la confiance et la clart\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires pour r\u00e9ussir dans leur prochain chapitre. <\/p>\n\n<p>Ma pratique de coaching s\u2019appuie \u00e0 la fois sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience v\u00e9cue et l\u2019\u00e9tude acad\u00e9mique. En plus de deux d\u00e9cennies de travail avec des cadres chez Amazon, je d\u00e9tiens une ma\u00eetrise en leadership organisationnel et une formation avanc\u00e9e en d\u00e9veloppement adulte et en psychologie du coaching ex\u00e9cutif. Cette combinaison de pratique et de recherche me permet d\u2019apporter des m\u00e9thodes fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes aux d\u00e9fis r\u00e9els des cadres \u2014 aidant les leaders \u00e0 aborder la transition non seulement comme une n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019affaires, mais comme un catalyseur pour une croissance plus profonde et un impact durable.
