The revised tax laws will only fuel this trend, as workers are incentivized to hang a shingle as an independent contractor/freelancer.
The rapid ascension of freelance workers demands a careful approach to workforce planning that balances freedom with flexibility, without losing sight of compliance. This creates a dilemma for businesses.
