Phil has worked in the Human Capital Management and recruitment technology sector for over 30 years. He has held board level and ownership of recruitment businesses together with strategic role experience in Global businesses, including ManpowerGroup and SAP. Phil’s natural position is to invest in partnering and collaboration to create mutually beneficial outcomes increasing growth potential exponentially.

Phil is extremely well integrated in the world of Human Capital Management including MSP, RPO, Total Talent Management, VMS technologies and Global EOR & AOR solution delivery. Based in the UK, with a strong EMEA network, Phil has launched and delivered multi-country solutions and operated as a trusted partner to the majority of global staffing solution providers.

Phil joined People2.0 in August 2022 as their lead Business Development Exec, tasked with building out the ‘Mass Talent’ business through his comprehensive network of partner organisations. This huge area of growth requires ever complex solutions in a fast-moving world where work is increasingly being performed in a hybrid way or from remote locations. His experience and knowledge in this will enable People2.0 to develop and deliver EOR and AOR solutions specifically targeted to the challenges and opportunities of the industry in the rising Global and Flexible World of Work.
