Michael Borokhov has over 14 years experience in the contingent workforce industry working with a variety of service offerings at TargetCW/TCWGlobal and Eastridge Workforce Solutions.

He focuses on to driving value for customers and adept at solving complex business challenges. Michael helped launch the TCWGlobal Employer of Record (EOR) brand in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, New Zealand, and Israel. He held a key role in Uber’s first global EOR / Flex Workforce Program, which was the beginning of a rapid business expansion that made TCWGlobal one of the fastest growing and top contingent workforce solutions organizations in the country, delivering innovative EOR/Payrolling solutions to companies such as Deloitte, Coinbase, Microchip Technology, Bio-Rad Laboratories, and AstraZeneca.

Michael joined People2.0 in May of 2024 as their Vice President of Business Development, where he focuses on growing the business with Mass Talent Organizations. His experience and knowledge in this will enable People2.0 to develop and deliver EOR and AOR solutions specifically targeted to the challenges and opportunities of the industry in the rising Global and Flexible World of Work.
