Esta batalla por el talento se ha intensificado en la actual expansi\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, ya que muchas de las mejores y m\u00e1s brillantes mentes se sienten atra\u00eddas por las empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas para su pr\u00f3ximo paso profesional. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Los retos a los que se enfrentan las empresas de consultor\u00eda de gesti\u00f3n han aumentado a medida que el r\u00e1pido crecimiento y la necesidad de contratar a trabajadores expertos en tecnolog\u00eda digital han dejado a muchas empresas escasas de personal. Esta din\u00e1mica de escasez de talento se ha visto exacerbada por una creciente fuente de competencia: mientras que antes las consultoras compet\u00edan principalmente entre ellas y con los bancos de inversi\u00f3n para atraer a los mejores talentos, ahora se enfrentan a un importante desaf\u00edo por parte de las empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas y las start-ups. <\/p>\n<p>En el mercado laboral actual, muchos profesionales consideran que las empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas son lugares de trabajo m\u00e1s interesantes y, a menudo, m\u00e1s equilibrados. Entre los solicitantes de empleo existe la percepci\u00f3n generalizada de que las empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas son lugares de trabajo creativos y divertidos. En cambio, la opini\u00f3n predominante sobre las consultoras es que no lo son tanto.  <\/p>\n<p>Nuevos estudios parecen respaldar esta opini\u00f3n. En un reciente informe publicado por Source for Consulting, titulado <g id=\"gid_0\">Winning the talent war: Critical success factors for consulting<\/g> firms, entrevistaron a m\u00e1s de 100 consultores en busca de empleo y descubrieron que un enorme 70% de ellos calificaba la cultura de las empresas como uno de los factores m\u00e1s importantes a la hora de elegir su pr\u00f3ximo empleador. El segundo factor -una buena trayectoria profesional dentro de la empresa- era una de las principales preocupaciones para el 55% de los candidatos, y el todopoderoso d\u00f3lar era un factor primordial s\u00f3lo en el 54% de las ocasiones.  <\/p>\n<p>En el mercado estadounidense, muchas empresas de consultor\u00eda afirman que es mucho m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil ganar batallas de talento cara a cara con las empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas, sobre todo en lo que respecta a los reci\u00e9n licenciados. Es poco probable que la situaci\u00f3n mejore a menos que las empresas de consultor\u00eda empiecen a trabajar activamente para combatir su imagen acartonada y se conviertan en \u00ab<g id=\"gid_0\">clientes de elecci\u00f3n<\/g>\u00bb para sus consultores.
