Fact: Contract recruiting can work alongside your current model!

Ben Franklin said it best: “When you’re finished changing, you’re finished.” With Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) reporting an evolving demand for total talent acquisition across organizations, direct-hire recruiting is now only a piece of the talent-market puzzle.

Furthermore, a study from The Adecco Group notes that on average, contractors have more formal education—with 73% of participants reporting have a high education degree or qualification. Bottom line: recruitment needs are changing, and in order to stay relevant while finding the best talent, it is important to change with it.
