Chuck Miller and David Van Soest founded People 2.0 in 2001 because they saw the staffing industry maturing, consolidating, growing in complexity and sophistication, and changing in ways that make it more and more difficult for independents to compete.

With an innovative and timely solution, their unique concept caught on quickly in the staffing community.  In its first three years of operation, People 2.0 achieved a growth rate that would have put it in the top 10% of the Inc. 500, a list of the nation's fastest-growing private businesses. Today, it is the largest provider of comprehensive, outsourced solutions exclusively for the staffing industry.

The People 2.0 Network

People 2.0 serves an exclusive group of owner-operated independent staffing companies. The Network extends from Florida to Northern California, and from Connecticut to Texas. It encompasses nearly every industry sector—from healthcare, IT and engineering to light industrial, administrative, call center, hospitality and more.  The People 2.0 national Support Service Center is located in West Chester, Pennsylvania.
