Implementation and On-Boarding
During your company’s initial integration into the People 2.0 Network, extensive, hands-on support is provided on-site at your location(s). This training gives People 2.0 support staff the opportunity to interact directly with your team and get the working partnership off to a productive start. Included is:
- An orientation to the Network with information on where to find support and assistance
- Complete software and technology training, including detailed guidance on its capabilities and functionality
- Training in the Workers’ Compensation system and safety/risk management programs
- A practical review of critical human resources laws and claims avoidance practices
Ongoing Professional Development
People 2.0 also provides tools and materials to support the ongoing professional development and skills enhancement of your staff. Web-based seminars, study guides and audio-visual programs all provide invaluable information and specialized training on staffing business skills, employment regulation, advanced database features, and even sales strategy.
