Jeff Nugent has over 20 years of Contingent Workforce Management experience and founded Contingent Workforce Solutions, acquired by People 2.0 in 2018. As CWS’ Managing Director Jeff lead the company to become one of North America’s top vendor neutral contract IC compliance, employer of record and payrolling companies. People 2.0 administers and pays over 23,000 contract workers weekly on five continents. Prior to CWS, Nugent served as a Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Solutions with one of Canada’s largest IT staffing firms and held progressive positions with companies such as UPS, Lexmark, Spectra Energy and Open Text.
Nick Broughton, Chief Revenue Officer, Capital GES – A People 2.0 Company
As the CRO, Nick Broughton oversees strategic channel partnerships, business development and sales strategies for the People 2.0 organization throughout Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa. With his extensive international experience and passion for the industry, Nick is considered a thought leader in the workforce management arena. He has specialized in helping clients expand their businesses across five continents through the use of innovative, outsourced engagement models including international PEO, employer of record, and agent of record solutions. Before joining People 2.0, Nick was the head of business development for Parasol Umbrella and ClearSky Contractor Accounting company, where he oversaw a large team charged with gaining market share and building brand awareness. Nick holds a BA in economics and marketing from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
